The reports and support provided are extremely valuable. The guidance has been clear, well-informed, and directly relevant to the children’s needs. The recommendations offered have helped us refine our provision, strengthen our understanding of next steps, and ensure we are implementing strategies that make a meaningful difference in the classroom. The quality of communication and responsiveness has also been highly appreciated, enabling us to act confidently in supporting our pupils

Assessments useful in pin pointing difficulties for pupils and making further referrals for additional assessments e.g. dyslexia/ onward referrals to educational psychology etc. The reports were useful to share with parents and to unpick difficulties and implement strategies suggested. They are useful for next steps, funding, etc., reassurance that we are identifying the pupil correctly and backs up what we are saying.

Since the assessments, Pupils are now part of multiple intervention groups for reading. This includes 1:1 direct reading time as well as verbal comprehension to support her language development. Wider time is also spent with pupils, within informal situations, where we have focused on sematic fluency, usually through games etc. This is something in particular which she has enjoyed. An ongoing focus on phonemic segmenting has been a priority within all writing opportunities and is modelled by Class teacher at all times to support all pupils.
