I am a teacher and a qualified SENCO with a postgraduate qualification in psychometric educational testing and access arrangements. I have extensive experience supporting learners across primary, secondary and HE settings.

Throughout my career, I have led and developed specialist provision, with particular expertise in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. I have also served as Head of an Integrated Resource Unit for pupils with significant and complex SEND.

I specialise in identifying and supporting students with additional learning needs through comprehensive educational assessments and evidence-based practice. My work focuses on assessing cognitive and attainment profiles to provide targeted support, including recommendations for exam access arrangements. I am experienced in administering and interpreting standardised assessments to accurately identify learning differences such as dyslexia and other barriers to learning.

I am committed to ensuring that every learner is understood, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
